Step 1: Left outer curve
Start near the top middle and draw a curve going left and over the top in a big round bump. Keep going down the left side and finish with a slanted line toward the bottom.

Step 3: Inside edge of canes
Inside the big heart, draw a smaller heart shape that follows the same curves, with a dip in the middle. Start at the top of the left side, go down to the point at the bottom, then up the right side.
Step 4: Cane end
