A fox sitting near a bunch of grapes tells a whole story in one picture. The fox is built from a few easy shapes: a head with pointy ears, a bell-shaped body, three little legs and a big curvy tail. The grapes are just circles stacked into a triangle and hanging from a vine.

Step 1: Head and neck
Start with the fox's head: draw two pointy ears on top, then zigzag fluffy cheeks down both sides, ending with a curve under the chin. Then draw a curved line from the right side of the chin down for the front of the neck.
Step 2: Round body
On the left side, draw a curve starting below the chin and bending down like a big bell. Finish with a flat curve along the bottom that goes toward the right.
Step 3: Front legs and paws
Near the bottom of the body, draw three short straight lines going down for the front legs. Add tiny curves at the bottom of the lines for the paws.
Step 4: Big bushy tail
Start at the back of the body and draw a curve that swoops up and to the right to a point. Then draw a second curve from the bottom of the body, around and up, to close the fat tail. Add a little curved line across the tip.
Step 5: The vine
Above the fox, draw a long wavy line going from left to right. Give the left end a little curl.
Step 6: Face, leaf and grapes
Give the fox two dot eyes, a small round nose, a happy smile and a short line inside each ear. Then draw a small oval leaf at the left end of the vine, a short stem hanging down, and a bunch of circles that touch each other, in rows that get smaller toward the bottom.
All done!
Go over your lines with a marker, then color it in.

Tips for drawing the fox and the grapes
- Draw the grapes in rows: four circles on top, then three, then two, then one. Letting the circles touch keeps the bunch looking tight and neat.
- The ears are the trickiest part, so take your time and make each one a pointy peak before you draw the cheeks.
- Make the tail nice and fat, and let it start at the back of the body. A big tail gives your fox lots of personality.
