How to draw Perry the Platypus from Phineas and Ferb step by step

How to Draw Perry the Platypus From Phineas and Ferb · tinyhandscreate.com

  1. Step 1: Guide shapes

Lightly sketch this oval. It only shows where the big parts go, so press softly. You will erase it at the end.

  2. Step 2: Body sides and bottom

Draw a long curved line down the left side and a tall, slightly wavy line down the right side. Add a short curve along the bottom, leaving gaps, so it starts to look like a chubby egg.

  3. Step 3: The bill

On the left side of the body, near the top, draw a long, flat shape like a squished bean. Let it stick out past the left edge of the body.

  4. Step 4: The hat brim

Above the bill, draw a wide, flat oval for the brim of the hat. Add a short curved line from the left end of the brim down toward the bill.

  5. Step 5: Hat top and band

Draw a rounded dome on top of the brim, with a little dip in the middle. Then draw a thick band where the dome meets the brim.

  6. Step 6: The tail

On the right side near the bottom, draw a small curved flap that sticks out like a little paddle. Start and end it on the edge of the body.

  7. Step 7: The feet

At the bottom of the body, draw two small, bumpy blobs for the feet. Put one on the left and one on the right, and color them in solid.

  8. Step 8: The eyes

Draw two small solid dots for eyes. Put one just above the bill on the left and one on the right side of the face.

  9. Step 9: The arms

On the belly, draw two little arm shapes that look like the letter U with a wiggly bottom. Make them match on the left and right.

  10. All done!

Erase the guide shapes, go over your lines, then color it in.
