Step 1: Guide shapes
Lightly sketch these 2 ovals. They only show where the big parts go, so press softly. You will erase them at the end.
Step 2: First star outline
Draw a fat, rounded star with five soft points, like a puffy starfish. At the top, let the line between the two upper points keep going right and curl over into the top point of the second star.
Step 3: Rest of second star
Finish the second star by drawing its right side. Start near the top right where the line paused, go down the right arm, around the bottom, and end by the middle where the two stars meet.
Step 4: The twisty link
Where the two stars touch in the middle, draw a small pointed loop, like a tiny teardrop. Let its two lines cross each other below, making a little X that joins the stars.
Step 5: The bow
On the top right of the second star, draw two little loops side by side that look like a bow. Add a tiny circle between them for the knot.
Step 6: First star's face
Near the middle of the first star, draw two small round dot eyes. Add a small curved smile between them, a little lower.
Step 7: Second star's face
On the second star, draw two round dot eyes and a little curved smile below and between them. Copy the first face so the twins match.
All done!
Erase the guide shapes, go over your lines, then color it in.

Tips for drawing Little Twin Stars
- Sketch each star as a soft pentagon first, then round off the corners so the points look puffy instead of sharp.
- The twisty link is the trickiest part. Draw a small loop where the stars touch, then cross the two lines below it like an X.
- Put each face near the middle of its star. Matching eyes and smiles make the twins look like a pair.
