Step 1: Guide shapes
Lightly sketch this oval. It only shows where the big parts go, so press softly. You will erase it at the end.
Step 2: The banana body
Draw a tall, skinny oval, like a big egg standing up. Make it a little narrower at the top and rounder at the bottom.
Step 3: The two eyes
Near the top of the middle, draw two round dots side by side. Fill them in nice and dark.
Step 4: The open smile
Under the eyes, draw a short flat line. Then draw a curve hanging down from both ends, like a little bowl, to make an open smile.
Step 5: The peel on the left
On the left side of the body, draw a big curved shape like a leaf that opens outward. Start at the body, loop out and down to a point, then curve back toward the body.
Step 6: The peel on the right
Do the same on the right side so both peels match. Start at the body, swing out and down to a point, then curve back in.
Step 7: Peel inner curves
Inside each peel, draw one curved line that follows the edge of the peel. It starts near the body and arcs outward and down.
Step 8: The little feet
At the bottom of the body, draw two small flat ovals for feet, one on each side. Fill them in dark.
