How to draw Bigfoot step by step

How to Draw Bigfoot · tinyhandscreate.com

  1. Step 1: Fuzzy head and body outline

Draw one long bumpy, shaggy line that starts at the bottom left, goes up around a big round head, and comes back down the right side. It looks like a fluffy hood sitting on top of rounded shoulders, and the bottom stays open.

  2. Step 2: The face

Inside the fuzzy hood, draw a smooth oval for the face. Make it a little wider than it is tall.

  3. Step 3: Eyes, nose and smile

Inside the face, add two small dots for eyes, a tiny dot for the nose in the middle, and a small curved smile underneath.

  4. Step 4: The long arms

Draw a long, rounded arm on each side of the body. Start each one at the shoulder and curve it down like a tall U, ending in a little hook at the bottom.

  5. Step 5: Tummy and belly fur

Draw a bumpy, wavy line along the bottom of the tummy, from one arm across to the other. Close up the round belly with it.

  6. Step 6: The big feet

Draw a wide, rounded foot under each side of the tummy. Give the bottoms little bumps for toes.

  7. Step 7: The left tree

On the left side, draw a tall pine tree. Start at a point at the top, zigzag down both sides in layers, and finish with a small trunk at the bottom.

  8. Step 8: The right tree

Draw a matching pine tree on the right side. Start at a point at the top, zigzag down both sides, and add a small trunk at the bottom.

  9. All done!

Go over your lines with a marker, then color it in.

Tips for drawing Bigfoot

  • Draw the fuzzy outline with small wiggly bumps instead of one smooth line. Think of tiny waves going around the head and body.
  • Make the face a plain oval first, then add the eyes, nose and smile. Keep the dots small so he looks friendly.
  • The trees are the trickiest part. Start at the top point and zigzag down each side, then make the right tree match the left.

Questions about drawing Bigfoot

What shapes do I need to draw Bigfoot?

You need a bumpy outline for the head and body, an oval for the face, long U shapes for the arms, and rounded shapes for the feet. The trees are zigzag triangles with small trunks.

How do I make Bigfoot look fluffy?

Draw the outline with lots of small bumps and wavy lines instead of a smooth curve. Bumps around the head make the fur look thick.

How do I make Bigfoot look friendly?

Give him a small curved smile and two small round eyes. A tiny nose in the middle helps too.
