Step 1: Guide shapes
Lightly sketch these 2 ovals. They only show where the big parts go, so press softly. You will erase them at the end.
Step 2: The big hair
Start with a big, puffy dome for her hair. Draw over the top and down both sides with soft, wavy bumps, and stop near the bottom, leaving a gap in the middle.
Step 3: Face and ears
Inside the hair, draw a wide curved line across the bottom for her chin and cheeks. Add a small curved bump on each side for her ears.
Step 4: Round glasses
Draw two big circles side by side on her face, one over each eye. Join them in the middle with a short bridge line. Add a tiny curled flip of hair above the right circle, and two little hair tips near her chin.
Step 5: Bangs
Above the glasses, draw a wavy curve for her bangs with a little point near the middle. It ends by the tiny flip you drew before.
Step 6: Eyes and smile
Fill in a round dot inside each glasses circle for her eyes. Under them, draw a small curved smile like a little bowl.
Step 7: The collar
Below her chin, draw a small rounded shape with no top line for her collar.
Step 8: The dress
From each end of the collar, draw a slanting line that spreads out toward the bottom. Close the bottom with a gently curved line, then draw a curved stripe across the middle.
Step 9: Sleeves and hands
On each side of the dress, draw a short puffy sleeve that slants out and down. At the end of each sleeve, add a little round loop for a hand.
All done!
Erase the guide shapes, go over your lines, then color it in.
