  1. Step 1: Side of the face

    Start on the right with a short curved line that bows out to the right, like the edge of a round cheek. It begins near the top and curves down and a little to the left.

  2. Step 2: Hat and head outline

    Draw a tall crown with a little dip in the middle, then a wide, curvy brim that swoops out on both sides. Keep going down the left side of the face, around the chin, and up to meet the cheek line from before.

  3. Step 3: The hat band

    Draw one long wavy line across the hat, below the crown. It starts on the left and curves gently down and to the right, ending near the edge of the brim.

  4. Step 4: Eyes and smile

    Draw two tall, filled-in oval eyes with a tiny eyelash flick on the top corner of each one. Then add a tiny wavy smile between them.

  5. Step 5: Neck and body outline

    Under the head, draw a short line going down on the left for the front of the chest. On the right, draw the curved back with a tiny curl on it, and a curve at the bottom for the back end.

  6. Step 6: Front legs

    Draw two short, chunky legs under the body, like little tubes. Round off the bottom of each one to make the hooves.

  7. Step 7: The swishy tail

    On the right side of the body, draw a long curvy tail that swoops up, curves down, and flicks out at the bottom. Add a second line inside to show the shape of the tail hair.

  8. Step 8: The apple mark

    On the side of the body, draw a tiny apple. Make a round shape with a little dip at the top, then add a short stem.

    Go over your lines with a marker, then color it in.
