How to draw a haunted monster truck step by step

How to Draw a Haunted Monster Truck · tinyhandscreate.com

  1. Step 1: Hood, cab and front wheel

Start at the left and draw a line along the hood that slopes up into the cab and runs across the roof. Then draw a big circle for the front wheel, with a curved arch over the top of it.

  2. Step 2: Truck bed

From the end of the roof line, draw a short line straight down. Then turn and draw a straight line across to the right to make the floor of the truck bed.

  3. Step 3: Pumpkin and back wheel

Draw a wide, bumpy dome sitting on the truck bed for the pumpkin. Then draw the back end of the truck going down on the right. Finish with a second big circle and a curved arch over it for the back wheel.

  4. Step 4: Axles

Draw two short straight lines, one above the other, joining the two big wheels together.

  5. Step 5: Wheel hubs

Draw a smaller circle in the middle of each big wheel. Try to keep them in the same spot on both wheels.

  6. Step 6: Cab window marks

Inside the cab, draw one short slanted line near the front and one short straight line near the back. These are the shine marks on the window.

  7. Step 7: Pumpkin stem and face

Add a little curved stem on top of the pumpkin. Then draw two round eyes and a wiggly mouth near the bottom of the pumpkin.

  8. Step 8: The flying bat

Above the front of the truck, draw a small body with two pointy ears. Add a big wing on each side with scalloped, curvy bottom edges, then add two tiny eyes.

  9. All done!

Go over your lines with a marker, then color it in.

Tips for drawing a haunted monster truck

  • Draw the two big wheels about the same size. Trace around a lid or a cup if the circles feel wobbly.
  • The pumpkin sits right on the line of the truck bed, so draw the bed first and then build the bumpy pumpkin dome on top of it.
  • For the bat, start with the small body and ears, then add one wing at a time so both sides look about the same.
