Step 1: Guide shapes
Lightly sketch these 3 ovals. They only show where the big parts go, so press softly. You will erase them at the end.
Step 2: The big heart
Start near the bottom of the page with the biggest heart. Draw two round bumps side by side at the top, let them meet in a little dip in the middle, then curve both sides down to a soft point at the bottom.
Step 3: The right heart
Draw a medium heart up and to the right of the big one. Make two bumps at the top, a small dip between them, and a rounded point at the bottom that tips a little to the left.
Step 4: The left heart
Draw another heart on the upper left, a little smaller than the right one. Give it two bumps, a dip in the middle, and a point at the bottom that leans to the right.
Step 5: The tiny heart
Fit a tiny heart in the gap between the three bigger hearts. Draw two small bumps, a little dip, and a point at the bottom.
Step 6: Big sparkle
On the lower left, next to the big heart, draw a small sparkle. Make a shape with four soft points, like a star with curved sides, and join the lines so it closes up.
Step 7: Small sparkles
Add two even smaller sparkles in the empty spaces, one above the right heart and one to the right of the big heart. Draw each one as a tiny closed shape with soft corners.
All done!
Erase the guide shapes, go over your lines, then color it in.

Tips for drawing a bunch of floating hearts
- Start each heart with the two bumps and the dip between them, then curve the sides down to the point. Try to make both bumps about the same size.
- Make the hearts different sizes and tilt them a little. Hearts that lean in different directions look like they are floating.
- Draw the sparkles small and let the sides curve inward. Keep them away from the hearts so they have room.
