Step 1: Guide shapes
Lightly sketch this oval. It only shows where the big parts go, so press softly. You will erase it at the end.
Step 2: Top of the head
Draw a big curved line like an upside-down bowl for the top and sides of the head. Leave the bottom open for now.
Step 3: Body and diaper
Below the head, draw a small rounded body with a curved line across it for the diaper top. Finish with two little rounded feet at the bottom and a tiny curl on the right side.
Step 4: The crown
On top of the head, draw two short slanted lines that go up and out. Join them with a zigzag of three points and add a small circle on each point.
Step 5: Chin and wing
Draw a curved line across the bottom of the head to close it, like a smiling chin. Then draw a small rounded wing with a wavy edge on the right, sticking out from behind the body.
Step 6: The little hand
On the left side, draw a small rounded hand with a short curved line reaching toward the body. It sits just below the head.
Step 7: The magic wand
Draw a long slanted stick starting at the hand and going up to the left. Draw a round circle on the top end of the stick.
Step 8: The round eyes
In the middle of the face, draw two round dots for eyes. Color them in with your pencil so they look dark.
Step 9: The tiny smile
Between the eyes and a little lower, draw a tiny wavy smile. It looks like two small bumps in a row.
All done!
Erase the guide shapes, go over your lines, then color it in.

Tips for drawing Poof from The Fairly OddParents
- Draw the head big and the body small. A huge head on a tiny body is what makes Poof look so cute.
- Draw the wand stick slanted from the hand, then put the circle right on the top end so it sits neatly.
- Make the three little circles on the crown about the same size, with the middle one a little higher so the crown looks even.
