How to draw Kakamora from Moana step by step

How to Draw Kakamora From Moana · tinyhandscreate.com

  1. Step 1: Guide shapes

Lightly sketch this oval. It only shows where the big parts go, so press softly. You will erase it at the end.

  2. Step 2: The round body

Draw a big round circle for the Kakamora's body, but leave a gap on the left side. That gap is where the spear will go later.

  3. Step 3: The headband

Draw a gently curved line across the upper part of the circle. Start inside the gap on the left and end at the right edge of the body.

  4. Step 4: The spear tip

On the upper left, draw a pointed leaf shape that touches the top left of the body. Then add a few tiny short lines along the left edge of the body below it.

  5. Step 5: The spear pole

Draw two long, slanted lines side by side going down from the spear tip to make a thin pole. Stop near the bottom of the body. Add a small round knob around the middle of the pole for the hand that holds it.

  6. Step 6: The eyes

Draw two big round dots below the headband, with a space between them. Fill them in solid.

  7. Step 7: The happy mouth

Between the eyes and a little lower, draw a small D shape with the flat edge on top and the round part on the bottom, like an open smile.

  8. Step 8: Hand and feet

Draw a small rounded loop sticking out of the right side of the body for the other hand. Add two little rounded feet at the bottom.

  9. All done!

Erase the guide shapes, go over your lines, then color it in.

Tips for drawing Kakamora from Moana

  • Draw the big circle lightly first so you can erase and fix it. A round body makes everything else look right.
  • The spear is the trickiest part. Draw the pole as two straight slanted lines that stay the same distance apart, like a long thin ribbon, and add the little round knob where the hand holds it.
  • Make the two eyes the same size and keep them level with each other. Place the mouth in the middle, a little lower than the eyes, for the cutest face.
