How to Draw a Love Robot · tinyhandscreate.com

  1. Step 1: Guide shapes

Lightly sketch this oval. It only shows where the big parts go, so press softly. You will erase it at the end.

  2. Step 2: The rounded square head

Draw a big square with soft, rounded corners. Leave a little gap in each side near the bottom, because the hands will go there.

  3. Step 3: The round hands

Draw a small circle on the left side and another on the right side, right where the gaps are. Each circle sits on the edge of the head, like a hand holding it.

  4. Step 4: Antenna and heart

Draw a short straight line going up from the middle of the top of the head. Then draw a small heart on top of it, with its point touching the line.

  5. Step 5: The oval eyes

Draw two small tall ovals in the upper part of the face, one on the left and one on the right. Color them in so they are solid and dark.

  6. Step 6: The big heart mouth

Draw a big heart in the lower middle of the face, between the hands. Start with two round bumps at the top, then curve down to a point at the bottom.

  7. Step 7: The floating heart

Draw one more small heart in the air, up and to the right of the antenna heart. Tilt it a little so it looks like it is floating away.

  8. All done!

Erase the guide shapes, go over your lines, then color it in.

Tips for drawing a love robot

  • Draw the square lightly first so you can fix the corners. Rounded corners make the robot look friendly instead of stiff.
  • Hearts are the trickiest part. Draw two little bumps side by side, then bring the lines down to a point in the middle.
  • Place the two eyes at the same height, with the big heart centered below them, so the face looks balanced.
